The Chairman
The Chairman serves as the primary architect of the Council’s growth strategy. Responsible for high-level diplomatic engagement and corporate advocacy, he ensures that the Bulgarian Business Council remains a vital instrument for economic diplomacy. Under his guidance, the Board focuses on delivering tangible value to members while strengthening the institutional ties between Sofia and Dubai.
Milo Borissov is a Bulgarian businessman, inventor, engineer and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the PALMS WORLD brand (palmsworld.global), and shareholder and managing partner in a holding group of international companies. He is also an inventor with patents and trademarks from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Bulgarian Patent Office. Milo Borissov is also one of the founders of the “Sport in Bulgaria” Foundation, through which he supports the development of professional sports in Bulgaria.
